About

HireHop treats a job search as a conversation with people, not a pile of applications.

We build the tool we wished existed the last time we were job hunting.

Why HireHop exists

Most applications are never read by a person. They land in tracking systems alongside hundreds of others, and the answer — when there is one — is silence.

Meanwhile the people who could actually move a candidate forward — the recruiter who owns the role, the manager who’s hiring for it, the team they’d join — are reachable the whole time.

Finding them by hand just takes hours per role. HireHop does that work in minutes.

What HireHop does

Paste a job link. HireHop reads the posting, searches the company, and returns a ranked pool of the people behind the role — recruiters, the likely hiring manager, future teammates — found in public professional data. When you choose someone, we confirm they still work there, find a work email, and draft your first messages, grounded in your real background.

If they’ve left the company, or no email can be found, you aren’t charged — that’s how the product is built, not a goodwill policy.

What HireHop doesn’t do

  • 01

    Nothing sends automatically.

You copy each message and send it from your own inbox.

  • 02

    No résumé or cover-letter building.

Other tools do that; we don’t.

  • 03

No delivery or reply tracking, and no response guarantees.

    The messages are yours.

Two companies named HireHop

HireHop.io — this site — is a job-search tool for candidates. There is also a long-established equipment-rental software company called HireHop at hirehop.com. The two are entirely unrelated: different companies, different products, different customers. If you’re looking for rental-inventory software, you want hirehop.com; if you’re looking for the person behind a job posting, you’re in the right place.
